Hospice House

Specialized Hospice Care When You Need It
Our Hospice House is a Medicare-certified 12-bed inpatient medical facility serving families in the Foothills of North and South Carolina. At the House, an experienced hospice staff and fully trained volunteers provide special care and attention to hospice patients, and their families, who need an extra level of care. This inpatient care option is primarily dedicated to patients who have challenging care requirements, or caregiver relief needs.

Specialized Hospice Care Close to Home
Hospice House of the Carolina Foothills is located on a quiet and serene 14-acre wooded site on Fairwinds Road in Landrum, SC. It is easily accessible from both I-26 and Highway 14. The House provides special comforts to families, including accommodations for an overnight stay; emotional and spiritual support; a chapel; a family room and children’s playroom; in-house kitchen and dining room; gardens and walking path
