Hospice of the Carolina Foothills is proud of the services, programs, support and education we offer the residents of Polk County, North Carolina, and the northern communities of Spartanburg and Greenville counties in South Carolina.

Our full-time, part-time and PRN staff are competent, compassionate individuals who provide expert professional care and support, meeting the medical, emotional and spiritual needs of individuals and families affected by chronic or terminal illness, death and grief.

Available Positions

Referral & Admission  Nurse

Fulltime position whose responsibilities include responding to referrals and facilitating timely admissions in homes, nursing facilities and Hospice House and providing information, education and support to referral sources. Must have current RN license (NC or SC multi-state) and at least 5 years’ nursing experience. Hospice experience preferred.

Registered Nurse

Full- or part-time night shift position at Hospice House of the Carolina Foothills.  Must have a current RN license in state of residence (SC or NC) as a compact state, at least two years of nursing practice preferred, current knowledge of nursing practice, and experience in geriatrics (end-of-life care preferred).

Fulltime CNAs

Experienced CNAs for home care and the Hospice House inpatient facility in Landrum, SC, which will open in December ’08. Must have CNA certification in both NC and SC. Experience in geriatrics or end-of-life care preferred.
