Smith Phayer Hospice House is a recently opened and Medicare-certified 12-bed inpatient facility serving families in the Foothills of North and South Carolina. This medical facility is located on a 14-acre wooded site on Fairwinds Road in Landrum, SC. An experienced hospice staff provides 24-hour comfort-oriented care in a safe and peaceful home-away-from-home environment for people with terminal illnesses and their families.
Take Exit 1 off I-26 and drive toward Landrum. Turn left at the first stoplight—across from Ingles Gas--which is Fairwinds Road. Smith Phayer Hospice House is ½ mile down this road on the right (260 Fairwinds Road).
